Can I return items purchased from Le Creuset retail stores online?
Items purchased from Le Creuset retail stores can be returned online within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the item's value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. For gift card returns, the full value must remain on the gift card. The full amount will be credited to the buyer's credit card. Please allow 10–14 days for the return to be processed following receipt in the fulfillment center. To return or exchange an item, one must phone Consumer Services to obtain a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. This number helps associate the returned item with the purchase, reducing handling discrepancies when the product is received by the fulfillment center. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective products, returns may be made based on the warranty for the specific item. Le Creuset reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
